What do you do when the client says “I’m already on other apps, I don’t need to be on your app”
Learning to master how to handle objections is critical for your startup success as it is literally what can make the difference between success and failure.
So in this specific objection, you don’t want to talk badly about your competition, as it makes you lose trust credibility with your client.
The fact is that if someone talks badly about others infront of you, it leaves the client wondering what you would say about them, when they are not around to others?
As an app service provider more then likely you are not offering a exclusive service, tying down the merchant to your app only.
So you want to turn around and say:
“That’s fantastic that your on other apps, infact you should be on as many channels as possible, because each platform has its own users and followers. Therefore you will get more sales by being on every single channel”
“Best case scenario I bring you more sales, Worst case scenario you get free marketing and exposure from our app”.
